About UsThe Tribler Peer-to-Peer File Sharing Client is a joint research project between scientists from three universities in the US and the Netherlands. The research groups involved are the Harvard Economics and Computer Science Research Group, the Delft Tribler Team from Delft University of Technology, and the Large-scale Distributed Systems group from the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam. Harvard Economics & Computer Science Research GroupThe EconCS research group is pursuing research, both theoretical and experimental, at the interface between computer science and economics. In particular, we are interested both in the design of electronic auctions and markets and in the constructive use of economic methodologies and theory within computational systems. Delft Tribler TeamThis team consists of researchers from the departments of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Mathematics. Research is multi-disciplinary and focused towards experimental Peer-to-Peer systems.
